The manufacturing process

We use high-quality wood, which is still largely further processed by hand. We still see ourselves as a manufacturer, aided by highly specialised technology. This is the only way to ensure that ambitious façade elements are produced with the highest precision.

Each individual element of the façade is crafted piece by piece and ultimately assembled directly on site to form a large ensemble. Each post and crossbar is made to measure, fully customised based on detailed planning.

FineLine by UNILUX therefore starts a little before actual production in the factory, namely during the idea development and planning stage.
This is because no two façades are alike. Each one is individually tailored and designed for the specific house and property project. This is what makes the element special.
